| 摘 要： | 目标管理作为一种管理思想和管理方法,在高等学校的学生管理中具有重要的价值和实践意义。只有从目标管理在高校学生管理中应用的内涵、适切性、实施步骤等方面进行分析,才能在学生管理过程中推行目标管理的三个阶段：引导学生自主确立目标、组织学生实施目标、对目标成果进行测评。
