| 摘 要： | 通过对推铅球技术演变的分析，结合教学实践中的困难，笔者提出：采用新教学方法和增强学生身体素质，提高预加速阶段人体和铅球的合速度是滑步教学阶段的重点；充分利用肌肉的生理特性和已获得的动量为最后用力创造条件并提高出手速度是转换阶段和最后用力阶段教学的重难点。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the development of shot put technology and combining with difficulties in teaching practice, this paper suggested that carrying out new teaching ways, strengthening student physical fitness and rising the resultant velocity of body and shot in the primary acceleration phrase are the key in the slippery teaching phrase. Fully utilizing the muscle physiological characteristic and the gained momentum to create better condition for the final acceleration and enhance the release speed are the difficulty points in the conversion phrase and final acceleration phrase teaching. |
