| 摘 要： | 现代远程教育在其“跨越式”发展的同时，也出现了一些问题，如对远教（网院）毕业文凭的含金量的质疑，清华的主动退出，个别违规高校的出局等。虽然教育部已采取了一系列措施，试点高校也开始主动削减招生计划，但问题似乎远没有得到解决。现代远程教育发展的症结在于社会责任理念的缺失，明确现代远程教育机构的社会责任，将社会责任理念贯穿于现代远程教育事业的始终，为方兴未艾的远程教育事业的发展寻找新的视角和出路。

| Abstract: | With quick development of modern distance education, some problems come out. Like the doubts about the diploma of such education institutions, Tsinghua University's retreat from this kind of education, and some universities' retreat because of violating law. Though Education Department has taken some measures, few changes have been made. This article maintains that the reason of it is distance education institutions' lack of social liability. |
