| Abstract: | Through the overall evaluation of the project of the open education pilot scheme,a solid basis has been established for the further development of TV University with a more spacious space for development.We should carefully sum up the meaning of the open education pilot scheme,study the characteristics of the practical teaching,and push the cause of TV university education to a higher stage on the basis of the project. |
