| Abstract: | To do well in the evaluation and employment of professional title for college teachers,a university should recognize the following problems: over emphasis on the scientific research,and less emphasis on the instruction and student cultivation;serious standardism and lack of personality evaluation;bottleneck for organization,and difficulty in promotion;over emphasis on the evaluation of professional title,and less emphasis on the post employment. |
