| 摘 要： | 十七届五中全会对中国的改革发展进行了谋划和布局,在一系列重大问题上提出了新的观点,不仅在理论上,而且在实践上都具有重大意义。全会明确提出了以科学发展作为＂十二五＂规划的主题,实现了中国特色社会主义理论的新深化;坚持以加快转变经济增长方式为主线,推动中国经济社会实现战略性转型;坚持扩大内需战略,建立扩大消费需求的长效机制;突出民生理念,坚持以人为本,实现民富国强。这些新的观点,进一步丰富了当代中国马克思主义的学说体系,实现了建设中国特色社会主义理论的新发展,成为区别于过去党的历次全会的新亮点。

| Abstract: | The Fifth Plenum of the 17th Central Committee of CPC puts forwards some fresh ideas on some major issues and program the reform and development for China,which attaches great significance to theory and practice.The session proposes the concept of scientific development as the subject of 12th five-year plan and deepens the Socialism Theory with Chinese Characteristics;it propose the drastic shift of economic growth mode to drive Chinese society and economy to transform;it upholds the policy of boosting domestic demand to establish a long-term mechanism for expanding consuming demand;it emphasizes people＇s livelihood and holds people-first principle,aiming to make people live in plenty and country powerful.These fresh ideas enrich the Marxism theory and mark the further development of the Socialism Theory with Chinese Characteristics,besides distinguish itself from the previous plenum on the history of Central Committee of CPC. |
