| 摘 要： | 参与东北亚区域经济合作是辽宁走向世界经济舞台的重要历史机遇。针对东北亚区域经济发展的现状和特点,辽宁应做出自己的策略选择:要从被动参与转到主动出击;从单边自主转到双边或多边合作;从单一领域和产业转到所有领域和产业。为此,辽宁要加快自身的国际化建设进程。

| Abstract: | It is a important historical opportunity for Liaoning to go to the stage of the world economy through take part in the economic co-operation in the Northeastern regions of Asia.Liaoning must make the choices of tactics which is directed against the present situation and characteristics of the economic development in the Northeastern regions of Asia:from the passive participation to the initiative;from the unilateral action to the multilateral;from the unitary domain to the all.For this reason Liaoning should speed up to build its internationalization. |
