| 摘 要： | 21世纪科技信息时代,经济发展突飞猛进,社会阶层结构呈现多元化,物质水平大幅度提高,社会价值观转变,这些促使教育工作者,特别是教师、学生家长要重新认识现代中小学生的发展特征与教育,重新认识教育的性质、政策、目标,重新认识教育观念在中小学阶段开始培养的必要性,重新认识体育与智育、德育、美育的关系,以培养中小学生形成正确的体育观念,养成体育锻炼的好习惯,成为全面发展的合格人才。

| Abstract: | With the information technology of 21st century,the rapid development of economy,the multiple structure of social hierarchy,the increase of material quality and the change of concept of society value make educators,especially teachers and parents know the developing feature and education of modern pupils and middle school students,know the characters,policies,aims of education;know the necessity of developing the educational concept in primary and middle school,know the relationship of PE and intellectual,moral,art education.They plays an important role for students to form their right concept,to shape their good habits of exercise,and to urge them to become high-quality talented men. |
