| 摘 要： | 为了给运动训练专业实习工作的顺利开展提供参考,为实习改革和规范化提供实证材料,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法对体育院校运动训练专业实习的现状进行调查,并对实习时间的选择和安排、指导教师的分配、实习基地的建设以及实习成绩的评定等问题进行分析和探讨。结果显示：1）运动训练专业实习应选择相对集中的模式;2）实习总时间应在13～20周,安排在第七学期（20周）为最佳;3）实习基地的层次和地点分布要就学生培养目标和就业需求综合考虑。
