| 摘 要： | 在当今社会激烈竞争的背景下,社会体育专业大学生的就业形势很是严峻,文章从就业的角度分为就业能力、就业观念、就业渠道三个方面加以探讨社会实践对社会体育专业学生的作用。结果表明,社会实践能很好地促进社会体育专业大学生的就业：提升学生的就业能力,改善学生的就业观念,增加学生的就业渠道。

| Abstract: | In fierce competition nowadays,the situation of employment for students in social sports major is very serious.This paper discusses the role of social practice in obtaining employment from employment ability,employment concept and employment channel.The result shows that social practice can be good for obtaining employment of students in social sports major： enhancing students＇ employment ability,improving students＇ employment concept and increasing students＇ employment channels. |
