| 摘 要： | 采取问卷调查的方法，对河源市中学生的情绪状态、身体健康感，以及对生存状态的自我评价等进行调查。结果发现：有88．6％的中学生情绪状态不良，有75．0％的中学生健康感较差，有88．8％的中学生对自身生存状态评价较低。结果显示：中学生身心健康状况的不足既有认知因素的错误或不足，有学校教育因素的失职或失效，也有社会综合因素的侵袭和诱发。各种迹象表明，它与中学生目前生活行为和习惯的不健康或不足关系密切。
