| 摘 要： | 对美国体育教师进行行动研究的一般模式及实施案例进行了分析,结果表明:我国体育教师在开展具有反思性质的研究中提高专业素质,主要表现为:体育教育加强教学反思有利于教师成长,体育教师加强合作研究有利于科研能力的提高及自身优势的发挥。
