| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,在分析上海市区县体育局绩效评估现状的基础上,通过实证研究探寻现存问题和不足,提出把平衡计分卡思想应用在区县体育局的绩效评估中,并将平衡计分卡的4个维度转化为区县体育局具体的绩效评估指标,构建了区县体育局绩效评估指标体系。
