| 摘 要： | 组织文化是理解组织发展的一个非常重要因素,NBA发展至今组织文化具有重要的推动作用。组织文化的解析,是理解NBA联盟文化的一个重要方法。组织文化通常包括物质方面、制度方面、精神方面和行为方面,分析了NBA组织文化中精神与物质载体方面的元素,从而综合地研究NBA组织文化,为我国CBA联盟的建设发展提供参考。
