| 摘 要： | 体育舞蹈是首次进入亚运会的非奥运项目之一,这对亚洲地区体育舞蹈项目的发展起到极大推动作用,而作为东道主负责亚运会此参赛项目的广州市体育舞蹈协会,也将会在结构和功能上发生一系列的变化。采用文献资料、实地考察、问卷调查、访谈和个案法进行研究发现,首进亚运会广州市体育舞蹈协会变化主要表现在五个方面：1.单项协会结构与功能进一步细化;2.凸现了政府为主导,单项协会为主体的办会理念;3.亚运驱动下的体育舞蹈协会的实体化进程加快;4.体育舞蹈单项运动协会的人才库迅速扩充;5.单项运动协会管理和组织大型体育活动的能力提升。

| Abstract: | The dance sport is the non-Olympic sport which is first to join the Asian Games,and it will play a positive role in promoting the dance sport in Asian area.As the organizer,the Guangzhou dance sport association who participate the Asian Games also will make changes in the structure and function.This paper,by using the methods of literature review,on-site visit,questionnaire,interview,case and etc,finds out that the reform of the local dance sport association are five aspects： 1） the detailing of construction and function;2） local government leading position,the individual association is the principal part;3） the tempo of materialization of dance sport association has been stepped up;4） the talent pool of association expand quickly;5） the management level of individual association in big events is continuously rising. |
