| 摘 要： | 为把握海峡西岸民营企业体育文化建设发展方向,采用文献资料、专家访谈、特尔斐法等方法,从民营企业体育物质、民营企业体育行为、民营企业体育管理、民营企业体育精神4个层面构建民营企业体育文化评价体系,并应用模糊综合评价法得出各指标权重与综合评判系数,建立综合模糊评价模型,以此对民营企业体育文化建设的现实状态进行测量与评估,为加强与改善民营企业体育文化建设提供操作依据。
