| 摘 要： | 对福建省农村中小学体育教师教学存在问题进行分析的结果表明：师资培养的对策应做到广开校际合作,合理配备师资;立足素质教育,推进教学模式改进与创新;加大经费的投入力度,建立有效的社会支持系统;迎合市场经济,确立公平合理的薪酬管理机制;改善科研条件,加强科研意识与能力的培养;狠抓落实,建立多元、立体的师资继续教育基地;促使体育教师树立＂教学-科研-教学＂一体化的新理念,适应新的体育教育行为。

| Abstract: | The analysis results about the problems of rural school P.E.teachers in Fujian show that: teacher training strategy should be open up inter-school cooperation and reasonable with teacher allocation;to promote improvement and innovation of teaching based on the quality of education;to increase the input of funds and set up effective social support system;to meet the market economy,establishing a fair and reasonable compensation management system;to improve research conditions,to strengthen research awareness... |
