| 摘 要： | 探讨中药红景天皂甙在力竭运动中对血浆中支链氨基酸的影响。运用运动训练学和运动生物化学方法对大鼠建立实验模型,采用阶段力竭游泳训练并将大鼠分为安静对照组、训练对照组、安静中药组、训练中药组。实验12天后取材,液相色谱法检测大鼠血浆中缬氨酸(Va1)、亮氨酸(Leu)、异亮氨酸(Ile)的浓度变化。结果发现,红景天皂甙在提高大鼠血浆支链氨基酸方面效果显著。在力竭运动测试中,血浆支链氨基酸对维持大脑中枢稳定、骨骼肌细胞再合成起到了重要的作用。
