| 摘 要： | 随着计算机网络技术的发展、高校计算机的普及和社会对高等继续教育的需要,以网络为核心的现代远程教育成为高等教育改革的趋势与方向。基于现代远程教育快速的信息传播能力、优良的资源共享性能、先进的双向交互和多媒体技术,构建高校体育课程远程教育网络资源是对传统体育教育方式补充和发展,对我国体育教育起积极的推动作用。网络体育教学资源能为学生创造一种开放式的教学环境,拓展了教学时空,打破了传统的师生关系模式,有利于继续体育教育、终身体育教育。高校体育教育应充分发挥自身的特点与优势,运用现代教育技术和网络技术促进教学改革,以适应社会发展的要求。
