| 摘 要： | 本文从重庆旅游市场现状分析入手．阐述了重庆旅游市场在旅游资源基础、产业发展基础、“软件”建设基础等方面的发展基础条件．指出了旅游资源优势尚未有效发挥、旅游企业规模较小且实力不强、旅游从业人员整体素质不高和高素质人才匮乏、旅游宣传促销力度不够、旅游配套基础设施建设和环境保护滞后等制约重庆旅游市场发展的不利因素。在此基础上，提出了加快旅游资源开发和构建以旅游精品为龙头的新的旅游产品体系、加快旅游企业改革步伐和激活旅游企业竞争能力、加快培养高素质的旅游人才队伍、加大宣传促销、大力拓展旅游客源市场、加快旅游配套基础设施建设、强化旅游资源环境保护等重庆旅游市场发展的具体策略。

| Abstract: | From analyzing the current circumstances of the tourist market in Chongqing,this paper explains the basic conditions of the development for the tourist market in the resource basis of travel, developing basis of industries, and founding the basis of 'software' etc., and points out such negative factors for the tourist market in Chongqing as the advantages of tourist resources, size and strength of tourist enterprises, the whole quality of the employees, tourist publicity sale, tourist backup, infrastructure construction and protection of the environment. On this basis, the paper gives out such specific measures for the development of the tourist market in Chongqing as fastening the reform steps, activating the competitive ability of the tourist enterprises, strengthening the quality of tourist talent troops, enlarging the propagating sales,exploring the tourist market of passenger sources, strengthening the protection of the environment and so on. |
