论师生情感互动与教师期望效应的实现

摘    要:教师期望对学生的发展有着重要影响,而教师期望效应的实现过程实际上就是师生之间的情感互动过程。教师应发挥师爱的效用,诚心对待学生,并巧用多种方式与学生进行积极情感互动,使自身期望得以顺利实现,从而发挥期望效应的功效。

Abstract:The teacher expectancy effect has important influence on students' development and its realization course is the course of affective interaction between teachers and students.In order to make the realization of expectation smooth and to make the efficiency of the teacher expectancy effect get the fullest playing,teachers should give play to the utility of teacher's love,treating students devoutly and adopting many ways to carry on positive affective communication with students.
