| 摘 要： | 在市场竞争日益激烈的今天,我国的中小企业要想在市场竞争中立于不败之地,一条重要的途径就是实施供应链管理。着重从实施供应链管理有利于中小企业规模经济的实现,有利于分散中小企业的经营风险,有利于中小企业快速有效地响应市场需求,有利于节点企业竞争力的提升,同时也是中小企业寻求自身长期发展的必然要求。从五个方面对中小企业实施供应链管理的必要性进行了初步探讨,并在此基础上就中小企业实施供应链管理的可行性也作了初步的分析。

| Abstract: | With the intense market competition today,our country's small and medium-scale enterprises expect to keep an impregnable position day by day in the intense market competition,an important way is to implement supply chain management(SCM).This thesis has analyzed the necessity emphatically that the small and medium-sized enterprises implement SCM from five aspects as follows: 1)implementing SCM is advantageous for mid-and small-scale enterprises to realize its economies of scale;2) it is advantageous for mid-and small-scale enterprises to disperse its management risk;3) it is advantageous for mid-and small-scale enterprise to respond fast and effectively to the market demand;4)it is advantageous to promote the pitch point of enterprises with competitive ability;5)it is beneficial for mid-and small-scale enterprises to seek its own long-term development and so on.With these as the basis,the feasibility of mid-and small-scale enterprise implementing SCM is preliminarily analyzed. |
