| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了感官测定法较仪器分析方法在恶臭测量上的优点。将三点比较式臭袋法和动态嗅觉仪法作了系统比较研究,包括原理、嗅辨员筛选、平均嗅阈值、设备的稀释性能、所测参数等各方面。

| Abstract: | This essay mainly introduced the advantage of olfactometry measurement method in odour determination,comparing to instrument analysis method.The comparative study was done between triangle odour bag method and dynamic olfactometer method in odour concentration determination,including principle,panel scenting, average detection threshold,equipment's performance,measured parameters and so on. |
