| 摘 要： | 文章分析了公民教育对于提升公民素质与能力进而推进构建社会主义和谐社会的重要意义,阐述了构建社会主义和谐社会的公民教育的基本思路。认为,构建社会主义和谐社会,是一项艰巨复杂的社会建设系统工程,需要充分发挥公民这一构建社会主义和谐社会的基本主体的积极性和创造性,为此,需要通过大力发展公民教育,提升公民的素质与能力来推进构建社会主义和谐社会的进程。
