| 摘 要： | 邓小平以历史唯物主义利益观为出发点,以实事求是的科学态度,充分论证了合理的社会流动对于调动社会成员积极性的重大意义,提出了社会转型中我国社会流动的突破口、基本途径和根本标准,从而形成了具有邓小平特点的、完整系统的社会流动思想。它不仅是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,而且是新时期构建和谐社会的重要理论基础。
