| 摘 要： | 精益制造是一种先进的制造技术，其内容博大精深，如何在很短的课时使学生掌握这门课程，具有很大的挑战性。使用一种简单实用的分析方法5W1H，来分析精益制造课程，然后根据课程内容制定出分组讨论、提问、项目等各种教学方法，提升教学效果，学生反馈良好。

| Abstract: | Lean manufacturing is a kind of advanced technology including a great deal of content.It is a challenge to let students master the course in a short time.In this paper,a kind of simple analysis method of 5W1H is used to design different methods of teaching such as discussion,question and project according to the content.The feedback of students indicates that the teaching methods have obtained significant effect. |
