第九届世界竞技健美操锦标赛男子单人项目难度动作的分析

摘    要:通过研究全面了解新周期世界竞技健美操男单难度动作的整体水平。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、录像分析法及数理统计法对相关资料、数据进行系统分析,从难度动作的分值及数量、难度动作类别及分布、难度动作的空间转换、0.1难度连接加分运用情况及难度动作的完成情况等方面,对第九届世界竞技健美操锦标赛男单前八成套中的96个难度动作进行分析,研究表明:此次世锦赛男单前八成套难度动作平均分值较高,多选0.5~0.8分值间的难度动作,以C-跳与跃组难度数量最多;难度动作分布合理,体现了连贯、均衡的三个空间的转换,0.1的难度连接加分运用突出,总体难度得分率较高、完成较好,主要存在动作不充分、转体不完全的问题。

Abstract:Through the analysis,it tries to know the whole level of the men's individual difficulty in the world.This analysis is based on literatures,expert interviews,video analysis and mathematical statistics to study the interrelated information and data.It selects some indexes that include points and numbers from difficulty movement,difficulty sorts and difficulty distributions,space transition of movements,0.1 difficulty connection in plus fractions.According 96 difficulty movements from the top 8 sets in men's individual difficulty in the 9th World Sports Aerobics Championships,the result shows that in this event the difficulty movements of men's individual is high,and lots of them lay between 0.5-0.8,the difficulty C-sort takes most,the space transition from difficulty movements is smooth and glide,0.1 difficulty connection in plus fractions are used frequently.Generally speaking,all sorts of difficulties are completed well,but there are still some problems which should improve in the future,mainly in incomprehension of turns and some other difficulties.
