| 摘 要： | 公共物品市场供给的本质在于生产而非供给。因此，在公共物品供给的过程中，提供的责任在于政府，而生产的责任则更多的在于市场。这一理念给我国的公共物品的启示是：在公共物品的供给中，政府具有不可推卸的责任，但市场在生产中却是不可或缺的力量。

| Abstract: | Market supply of public goods lies in production rather than supply.Therefore,in the public goods supplies＇ process ,supply is the responsibility of the government and production is the responsibility of the market.The value of this idea to our country＇s public goods displays in the following several aspects： In the public goods＂ supplies,the government has the inescapable responsibility,and the market in the production is actually the indispensable strength. |
