| 摘 要： | 根据新的国内国际环境对军队人才培养所提出的更高要求,对军校教育技术专业教师的综合素质问题进行了研究,建立了军事院校教育技术专业教师综合素质评估的指标体系。根据综合素质评估的特点,建立了基于模糊数学的综合素质评估模型。
