| 摘 要： | 法国国家科学研究中心通过加大对科研的支持力度，取得了一批具有重要影响的科研成果，促进了法国科技、社会和经济的进步，为提升法国自主创新能力和科技竞争力发挥了重要作用。文章诠释该中心的组织机构与战略目标、资助领域及重点支持对象以及与高等院校的合作模式与机制，分析近年来资助格局的发展趋势，并借鉴其经验，为调整和完善我国自然科学基金资助和管理提出建议。

| Abstract: | As a national research organization and the largest in Europe, the French National Center for scientific
research, through increasing supporting for scientific research, made a number of important achievements in
scientific research, promoted the French technology, social and economic progress, has played an important role in
improving the ability of independent innovation and technological competitiveness in France. The article explains
the mode and mechanism of the cooperation organization and strategic objectives, the French National Center for
scientific research funding areas and key support objects, and institutions of higher learning French, analyzes the
development trend of the French National Center for scientific research funding pattern in recent years. |
