| Abstract: | NITE aims to talent development at the national key ifeld of IT, with responsibility of educating talents for country, storing talents for industry, and providing talents for enterprises. In this paper, the outstanding engineer education mode based on NITE is explored in several areas, including engineer certiifcation, establishment of joint training colleges, and multiple sources of teachers. |
