| Abstract: | This essay makes an analysis about the 408 copies of the class training plans for the 13 U19 football teams that participated the spring training in Wuzhou. We used the "Training period theory" to discover that there were some aspects needed to improve, such as the class times, the training content and the load arrangements of the spring training. Meanwhile, the essay also infers the reasonable and scientific arrangement of spring training and tries to establish the training model during spring. |
