| 摘 要： | 为发展含硫手性配体,以L-甲硫氨酸为手性源,经酯化、缩合、还原氨化等反应,设计合成了一种新的手性含硫二茂铁基β-氨基羧酸酯,其结构通过IR、1H NMR、13C NMR、HRMS进行了表征. |

| Abstract: | A novel sulfur-containing ferrocenyl optically pure carboxylic acid ester has been successfully synthesized from readily available L-methionine through esterification,condensation,and reductive alkylation.The novel optically pure carboxylic acid ester was characterized by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR and HRMS. |
