| 摘 要： | 受学生观念和自身素质、用人单位的就业歧视、学校培养方面的不完善、国家就业政策限制等因素的影响,体育教育专业学生就业现状不容乐观。从提高认识、合理定位、合理分流、强化就业教育和指导、提高学生综合素质和就业竞争力等方面进行研究,为提高就业率和人才培养质量提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Universities' employment work is affected by the students' idea and physical quality,employment discrimination from employing unit,school training imperfection,limit of state's employment policy.The current situation of the employment of PE majors allows of no optimist.This paper is to research from deepening the understanding,making a rational reservation,shunting,strengthening career education and guiding,improving student's overall qualities and employment competitiveness etc.,and offer reference to improve employment rate and personnel training quality. |
