| Abstract: | After exploring into the operation of higher education admission industry in the United States, the paper also reflects on the "disorder" of the current testing market in China, then puts forward three suggestions on improving the testing institutions, establishing non-governmental testing organizations and stipulating rigid market regulations so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of the testing market. |
