我国教师评价理论及发展趋势

摘    要:教师评价是教育评价的重要组成部分,它具有导向、激励、改进功能。教师评价作应遵循客观性、全面性、主体性、定性与定量相结合的原则。教师评价对当前教学改革和学校的科学管理具有重要的促进作用。未来对教师评价的基础理论研究将更加丰富和全面,更加注重实证研究,对外国评价理论的本土化研究也将更加深入。

Abstract:The evaluation of teachers performance is an essential lomponent of the evaluation of education.It has the guiding,encouraging and impriving function.The evaluation work,in which teachers are the subject, Should be fulfiued allording to the principle of combining together the ,objectivity, compre hensiveness, feasibility, and the determination of quality and quantity.The work canpromote the current reform of teaching and the scientific administration of schools.The basic theoredical research on the evaluation of teachers'performance hviu be vareed and more complete in the future, with greater stress to be laid on the study of demonstration.And the study of how the foreign theory being introduced into China will go deeper and deeper.
