| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育的普及，在校大学生成为青年人力资源的主体和核心。高校共青团是高等教育工作的重要组成部分，当前参与青年人力资源开发应该成为高校共青团服务青年学生工作的着眼点。高校共青团必须从促进学生就业职业能力的提高、强化学生创新创业精神的培养、引导学生树立终身学习思想等方面来参与青年人力资源开发。

| Abstract: | With the popularization of higher education in China, college students become the main part and core of youth human resources. Presently, Communist Youth League in colleges should include the development of youth human resources into its services for students. The Youth League can participate in the development process in such aspect as: to improve students' vocational capacity, to enhance students' spirit of creativeness and to guide students to establish the ideal of life-long learning. |
