| 摘 要： | 当今世界教师教育模式正经历着从“工具性”向“主体性”专业发展模式的转变。这一发展趋势也应该凸显出实践中教师专业发展心理上的新走向。“主体性专业发展心理”阶段的教师教学创新越自主,就越依赖“工具性专业发展心理”阶段的约束,“工具性专业发展心理”越成熟,就意味着产生“主体性专业发展心理”的需要越迫切。因此,两个专业发展心理阶段存在着既相互独立又对立统一的互补性关系。
