| 摘 要： | 如何发挥体育和教育的双重优势,使竞技体育的人才既具有较高的文化知识修养又具有较高的运动水平,这是我国当前竞技体育人才培养的一个亟待解决的问题。建立一个竞技体育人才培养的新体制,就是我们通常所说的"学训结合"。就"学训结合"的现状及存在的一些问题进行了研究,从而对"体教结合"怎样更好的沿着正确的方向发展提出对策,同时也可以对决策者提供一定的理论参考。

| Abstract: | That how to make full use of the combining advantage of intellectual and physical education,enabling competition sports talents to obtain both high culture level and strong sports competitiveness,is a pressing problem in the present training of gifted competition sports athletes.The main solution refers to establishing a new training system of these athletes,generally named"The combination of intellectual learning and physical training".This paper studies the present situation and problems of the new system so as to give measures on how to better develop"the combination of intellectual and physical education"in a right way,as well as provide certain theoretical references for sports decision makers. |
