| 摘 要： | 通过调查发现，大众网球运动中运动者膝关节的损伤比较高。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法，对大众网球运动中膝关节损伤原因、损伤类型和治疗方法进行分析研究，旨在为网球运动爱好者预防和治疗运动损伤提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Through survey, this paper finds out that the injury rate of exerciser＇ s knee is very high in mass tennis sports. By using the method of literature review, questionnaire and interview, this paper makes analysis on reason, injury type and treatment of exerciser＇ s knee injury. The main purpose is to provide the theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of tennis enthusiast exercise injury. |
