| 摘 要： | 基于地区科技与创新的统计资料,对中国创新的驱动因素作了一个量化的分析.我们发现,在推动中国技术创新中,外国直接投资、政府的科技投资和教育支出是最重要的驱动力,也意味着,跨国公司、大学、科研院所在技术创新中起着重要的作用.而在产品创新中,外国直接投资,企业自身的研究开发活动和大学、科研院所与产业的联系是最重要的驱动力,说明企业是产品创新的主体,当然,这里的企业既包括了本国的企业,又包括了三资企业.但在不同地区,这一结论并不相同.在东部,跨国公司的作用非常突出,而在中西部,企业自主研究开发投入是创新的重要决定因素.因此,中国呈现出了一种二元的创新体系.

| Abstract: | based on statistical data, we try to find the determinant factors for Chinese regional innovation. We found that Chinese innovation system has been dividing two parts: one is dominated by FDI and open innovation, this is the coastal area and most developed area. The other is driven by local R&D activity, this is the middle and western part of China. The result has lot of implications for policy making in China. |
