| 摘 要： | 在我国研究生思想政治教育呈现诸多问题情形下,新设研究生思想政治教育导师制,创新思想政治教育的内容和方式,弥补专业指导导师能力和精力的不足,是现行制度框架内的德育教育的有效途径.这一制度需要在制度层面进行架构和完善,在实践上不断探索和总结.

| Abstract: | Under the present condition of the variety of in postgraduate ideological and political educa- tion, to establish a new postgraduate tutorial system of ideological and political education, to innovate contents and means of it and to improve tutor＇ s professional ability are effective approaches to pursue moral education in subsistent systems. The system needs to be constructed and perfected in aspect of systems and to be continually explored and summarized in the process of practice. |
