| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析信息时代信息技术的发展对高校档案工作的影响和高校档案信息化面临的问题，阐述了信息时代高校档案服务模式转型的必然性和可行性，提出了高校档案部门更新观念、创新服务机制、提升档案服务能力、加快档案管理信息化、实现档案信息网络传递服务是高校档案服务模式转型的有效途径。
