| 摘 要： | 虚拟企业与传统企业存在着明显的差别,构建合适的知识营运平台进行管理,是小型虚拟企业的一种较好的选择。从知识管理的角度来分析虚拟企业,可以为小型知识型企业的管理和知识型员工的自我发展提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | There are obvious differences in subjunctive enterprises and traditional enterprises.It is a better choice for small-scale subjunctive enterprises to manage with proper knowledge-working platform.To analyze subjunctive enterprises from the angle of knowledge-management will be able to provide new ideas for the self-development of the managerial and knowledgeable staff in small-scale knowledgeable enterprises. |
