摘 要: | 为了解不同反应条件下光催化氧化法对甲苯废气的降解性能,以4%BDO(1,4-丁二醇)作为不同流速甲苯气体的吸收液,对甲苯吸收液进行了光催化氧化处理,研究了吸收液中甲苯浓度、TiO2投加量、反应时间、灯管功率对甲苯去除率的影响。结果表明,甲苯进气流速在0.20.8L/min时,甲苯吸收浓度与吸光度呈线性关系;光催化氧化最优条件为甲苯浓度9.2mg/L,TiO2投加量3g,反应时间40min,灯管功率300W;各因素对光催化影响程度为TiO2投加量>灯管功率>甲苯浓度>反应时间。

Research on the Treatment of Toluene Gas by Photocatalytic Oxidation Method |

Abstract: | In order to study the degradation effect of toluene waste gas in 4% BDO absorbent by pho-tocatalytic oxidation method,the treatment effects in different reaction conditions and the optimized reac-tion levels of toluene concentration in absorption liquid,TiO2 dosage,reaction time,and light intensity are researched.The results show that there is a positive correlation between absorption dose and toluene gas inlet velocity that ranged in 0.2 ~ 0.8 L/min.The optimized oxidation conditions are determined as 9.2 mg/L(toluene concentration),3 g(TiO2 dosage),40 min(reaction time),and 300 W(UV intensity )by orthogonal test method.The analysis also proves that the order of influence degree on photocatalytic oxi-dation effect is TiO2 dosage light intensity initial toluene concentration reaction time. |
