| 摘 要： | 目前，机关事业单位养老保险制度仍处于改革试点初期，还存在诸多影响养老保险制度健康发展的矛盾和问题，特别是参保职工缴费未与养老金待遇挂钩．形成缴多缴少一个样．严重制约了单位和职工的参保和缴费积极性。要解决这个闷题．就必须建立参保人员缴费个人账户。本文结合自己的工作经历，就建立机关事业单位养老保险个人账户作一探讨。
