| 摘 要： | 本文分析了保障措施与反倾销的区别、国际保障措施的特点和保障措施对中国经济的影响,发现中国已经成为国际保障实施的主要对象国,预计未来对中国的保障措施还会增多,最后,提出了我国的应对策略。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the distinguish between safeguard measures and antidumping, the characteristics of international safeguard measures and its influence on China's economy. It finds that China has been the main target country of safeguard measures, and it forecasts that the China's safeguard measures will increase. Finally, it gives a countermeasures of our country. |
