摘    要:贯穿于中华伦理道德发展过程中的"仁、义、礼、智、信"是中国优秀传统文化价值体系中的最核心因素。师德的实质就是做人之道,当前社会中频繁爆发的师德危机乃至教育领域种种怪象的实质就是缺乏仁、义、礼、智、信的道德危机。新时期师德建设迫切需要传统文化核心价值观的回归,必须恢复五常之德。

Abstract:Through the ethical development of China the five constant virtues in traditional Chinese culture——Benevolence,Righteousness,Propriety,Wisdom and Honesty are the core factors of Chinese traditional culture value system.Teacher' Morality is the essence of the way things are.In the current society,frequent outbreaks of crisis in teachers' moral and other odd phenomenon in the field of education essentially result from the lack of benevolence,righteousness,propriety,wisdom and honesty.The morality building in new era urgently requires a returning of core values and the Three Cardinal Guides.
