| 摘 要： | 采用献资料、理论分析等方法,从我国足球联赛体制的产生、发展、存在问题及新形势下应具备的功能与作用等方面,对中国足球联赛体制发展改革进行了比较深入的探讨与分析,结果表明：我国足球联赛体制上应建立“统一联赛”制度,以形成“全国上下一盘棋”局面,加强高端联赛和中低端联赛的衔接和交流,形成高端一中端一低端升降级制度,进一步改造竞争环境,完善各级别联赛之间升降级的有关规定,大力鼓励和支持中、小业余俱乐部的发展。旨在为我国足球运动管理及经营部门提供参考。

| Abstract: | By using of documentary, analysis of theory etc, this paper has a deeper discussion and analysis to its development and reform from the founding, developing, questions existing and the functions in new situation of the Chinese soccer league. It showed that Chinese soccer league should build an "united-league "system, making the different leagues become an unit, strengthening the connecting and communicating of the higher leagues and the other two. Forming a promoting and relegating system among the high , middle and low, reforming the enviroment of competition further more, completing the promoting and relegating rules between the different leagues, encouraging and supporting the development of the middle and small amateur clubs. The aim is to provide the reference for the department of Chinese soccer sports management . |
