摘    要:江总书记在十六大报告中明确指出:让一切创造社会财富的源泉充分涌流。在改革风雨中走出的中国民营企业,其创造的国内生产总值已占全国生产总值的三分之一。但近几年种种材料表明,民营企业营销失灵,市场脱节,愈来愈成为很多企业进一步发展的绊脚石。营销没有策略、推销人员素质低下、销售队伍管理混乱,是民营企业在营销环节中普遍存在的问题,所以,分析和研究企业营销环节不足,是民营企业摆脱短命现象的关键所在。

Abstract:In the report of No. 16 Meeting of CPC, President Jiang Zemin pointed out: Let everything that creates social wealth thrive. Coming out of the storm of the reform, Chinese Collective Enterprises create one third of GDP. However, in recent years, it has been reported that the wrong sale and unlinkable market become the barrier that resists the development of more and more enterprises. The common problems in the sale are that there are no sale tactics, and that salesmen are low-educated; what's more, the management of sale is out of order. Therefore, it's necessary to analyse and study the mistakes in sale links which can help the collective enterprises escape from bankrupt.
